December 7, 2023: South Beloit, IL 61080 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Harvest Christian Academy Lions (Elgin, IL) and the host South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL), saw Harvest Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop South Beloit by a tally of 63-34.
With the victory, Harvest Christian Academy improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Lions host Westlake Christian Academy (Grayslake, IL) to confront the Eagles in a Northeastern challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Sobos confront the Schaumburg Christian Conquerors (Schaumburg, IL) in a Northeastern challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. South Beloit will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Conquerors come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 54-51 non-league win over Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL).
