The South Fork Ponies basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Mt. Olive Wildcats to 20 in the Ponies league triumph on Thursday.

The Ponies now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelbyville for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. South Fork will battle a Rams team coming off a 64-44 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, IL). The Rams record now stands at 2-8.

The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record.
