December 7, 2023: Cecil, AL 36013 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Lee-Scott Academy Warriors (Auburn, AL) and the host Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights (Cecil, AL), saw Lee-Scott Academy's basketball squad wallop Macon-East Montgomery Academy by a tally of 51-24.
With the victory, Lee-Scott Academy improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bessemer Academy (Bessemer, AL) to play the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 7-0.
Next up, the Knights play the Springwood Wildcats (Lanett, AL) in a challenge, on Wednesday, December 13. Macon-East Montgomery Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 48-41 league loss to Oaks (Opelika, AL).
