The Desert Heights Prep Yote routed the visiting North Phoenix Preparatory Academy Gladiators basketball team by a final score of 55-22 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Yote face the North Valley Christian Academy Lions (Phoenix, AZ) in a 1A Central game, on Tuesday, December 13. Desert Heights Prep will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 5-1 record after their 69-21 league win over Anthem Prep (Anthem, AZ).
