Oklahoma High School Basketball - Lawton nips Northwest Classen
December 8, 2022: Oklahoma City, OK 73107 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK) and the host Northwest Classen Knights (Oklahoma City, OK), saw Lawton's basketball squad hold off Northwest Classen by a tally of 57-54.
With the victory, Lawton improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Memorial (Tulsa, OK) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Memorial won 91-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Grant (Oklahoma City, OK)
Next up, the Knights play the Guthrie Bluejays (Guthrie, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Northwest Classen will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 73-65 league loss to MacArthur (Lawton, OK).
