December 8, 2022: Washington, PA 15301 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) and the visiting Bishop Canevin Crusaders (Pittsburgh, PA), saw Trinity's basketball squad overcome Bishop Canevin by a tally of 49-41.
With the victory, Trinity improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hillers travel to Montour (McKees Rocks, PA) to confront the Spartans in a WPIAL 5A 4 challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Montour lost 43-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverview (Oakmont, PA)
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Upper St. Clair Panthers (Upper St. Clair, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Bishop Canevin will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 74-13 non-league win over Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA).
