In Friday's non-league match, the host New Paltz Huguenots basketball team scored a tight 74-69 triumph over the Beacon Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Huguenots meet the Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 12. New Paltz will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
