New York High School Basketball - Beacon holds off Red Hook
February 3, 2024: Red Hook, NY 12571 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY) and the host Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY), saw Beacon's basketball squad hold off Red Hook by a tally of 58-54.
With the victory, Beacon improves its record to 18-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY) to confront the Dukes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Dukes come into the challenge with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Raiders confront the Valley Central Vikings (Montgomery, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Red Hook will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 57-42 league loss to Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY).
