The Kemper County Wildcats basketball team (DeKalb, MS), was nudged 42-38 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Heidelberg Oilers (Heidelberg, MS)

The Oilers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collins for a 2A Region 8 battle on Tuesday, December 12.
