California High School Basketball - Hesperia knocked off by Don Lugo
December 9, 2022: Hesperia, CA 92345 The Don Lugo Conquistadores basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Hesperia Scorpions to 44 in the Conquistadores non-league triumph on Friday.
The Conquistadores now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendora for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Don Lugo will meet a Tartans team coming off a 44-39 non-league loss to Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 7-5.
The Scorpions (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ontario Christian (Ontario, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Ontario Christian ran past Temple City (Temple City, CA), 64-44, in a non-league contest.
