December 9, 2023: Wilson, NC 27893 The N.C. School for the Deaf Bears basketball team (Morganton, NC), dropped 54-44 in Saturday's league battle with the host Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf Fighting Hornet (Wilson, NC)
The Fighting Hornet now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to N.C. School for the Deaf for a Freelance battle on Monday, January 8.
The Bears (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against New Manna Christian (Marion, NC). The Wind come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, New Manna Christian beat Southview Christian (Statesville, NC), 89-42, in a league battle.
