New Mexico High School Basketball - Sandia thwarts Cibola
December 9, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87114 The Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) basketball knocked off the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 69-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Matadors (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
The Cougars now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21.
