The Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA), 38-35 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Grizzlies (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Spanish Springs was tipped by Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR), 38-35, in a non-league test.
