The Amherst Broncos nipped the host Broken Bow Indians basketball squad by a final score of 39-34 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Broncos face the Loomis Wolves (Loomis, NE) in a D2 District 6 game, on Friday, December 12. Amherst will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Wolves come into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 57-16 non-league loss to Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE).
