Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), 77-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bishop Brossart upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Simon Kenton Pioneers (Independence, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Holmes will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 67-44 non-league loss to Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY).
