The Cornerstone Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Tarrant Wildcats to 52 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host John Carroll Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Cornerstone will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 74-51 non-league win over Brewer (Somerville, AL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-0.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Donoho (Anniston, AL). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Donoho prevailed over Tarrant (Birmingham, AL), 60-50, in a non-league contest.
