Wisconsin High School Basketball - Grafton can't hold off Laconia
December 1, 2022: Grafton, WI 53024 The Laconia Spartans basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Grafton Black Hawks to 53 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Omro for a Flyway contest on Tuesday, December 6. Laconia will battle a Foxes team coming off a 61-47 non-league win over Luther Prep (Watertown, WI). The Foxes record now stands at 3-1.
The Black Hawks (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Port Washington (Port Washington, WI). The Pirates enter the North Shore contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Port Washington was nudged by West Bend (West Bend, WI), 60-49, in a league contest.
