Utah High School Basketball - Skyline falls to Lehi
December 1, 2022: Lehi, UT 84043 In Thursday's non-league match, the host Lehi Pioneers basketball team scored a good 53-33 triumph over the Skyline Eagles.
In their next game, the Pioneers meet the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 6. Lehi will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. Sammi Love scored 10 points in the first quarter and Addy Scrivner added 8. The Skyline girls scored 7 points. Addy and Sammi both made 2 three-pointers.
Second Quarter
The Pioneers scored 10 points in the second quarter while Skyline had 7. The score going into the second half is 30 to 14 for Lehi.
Third Quarter
Both teams had a hard time scoring in the third quarter. Lehi had just 5 points and Skyline had 6. The score at the end of the third quarter is Lehi 35 and Skyline 20.
Fourth Quarter
Addy Scrivner hit 4 three pointers in the fourth quarter add ended with 14 points in the period. Lehi wins the game by the score of 53 to 33. Addy led all scorers with 27 points making 6 three-point shots. Sammie Love was in double figures with 15 points.
