Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), 67-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Aledo upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Wylie (Abilene, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Wylie lost 72-48 in their recent non-league bout against The Colony (The Colony, TX)

Next up, the Rebels play the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Midland Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 76-17 non-league loss to Abilene (Abilene, TX).
