Alabama High School Basketball - Handley nudges Central of Clay County
December 1, 2023: Roanoke, AL 36274 In Friday's non-league outing, the Handley Tigers (Roanoke, AL) basketball squad edged the visiting Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL), by a margin of 45-39.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Valley (Valley, AL). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Valley held off Troup County (LaGrange, GA), 82-72, in a non-league outing.
The Volunteers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Munford for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 6.
