The Lowndes Academy Rebels basketball team (Lowndesboro, AL), was nudged 37-36 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights (Cecil, AL)

The Knights now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Prep Academy for a AISA AAA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, December 5.
