Oregon High School Basketball - Yoncalla knocked off by Mapleton
December 1, 2023: Mapleton, OR 97453 The Mapleton Sailors basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Yoncalla Eagles to 30 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Sailors now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Falls City/Kings Valley Charter for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2.
The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Falls City/Kings Valley Charter ran past McKenzie (Finn Rock, OR), 58-13, in a non-league contest.
