Oklahoma High School Basketball - Norman North holds off Moore
December 1, 2023: Norman, OK 73069 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK) and the visiting Moore Lions (Moore, OK), saw Norman North's basketball squad hold off Moore by a tally of 49-45.
With the victory, Norman North improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Edmond North (Edmond, OK) to confront the Huskies in a 6A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Edmond North won 65-59 in their recent league challenge against Deer Creek (Edmond, OK)
Next up, the Lions confront the Westmoore Jaguars (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 2. Moore will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 47-41 league loss to Edmond Santa Fe (Edmond, OK).
