Washington High School Basketball - Kiona-Benton trounces Highland
December 1, 2023: Cowiche, WA 98923 The Kiona-Benton Bears (Benton City, WA) basketball crushed the host Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA), 64-19 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Granger (Granger, WA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Granger was trounced by Warden (Warden, WA), 51-41, in a non-league test.
The Scots now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Naches Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Highland will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 35-28 non-league win over East Valley (Yakima, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 1-0.
