River View Panthers (Kennewick, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA), 40-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, River View upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Riverside (Boardman, OR) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
