In Monday's non-league contest, the host Charleston Collegiate Sundevils basketball team scored a big 75-20 triumph over the Crown Leadership Academy Lions.

The Sundevils (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Charleston Math & Science (Charleston, SC). The Riptide go into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Charleston Math & Science smashed Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC), 58-54, in a non-league contest.
