Michigan High School Basketball - Covert ripped by New Buffalo

December 10, 2021: Covert, MI 49043

The New Buffalo Bison basketball team scored 94 points and held the host Covert Bulldogs to 40 in the Bison league triumph on Friday.

The Bison now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Valley for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph contest on Tuesday, December 14. New Buffalo will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 70-21 non-league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Michigan Catholic (St. Joseph, MI). The Lakers enter the Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Lake Michigan Catholic triumphed over Lawrence (Lawrence, MI), 37-36, in a league contest.
