Michigan High School Basketball - Eau Claire topped by New Buffalo

January 21, 2022: Eau Claire, MI 49111

The New Buffalo Bison basketball team scored 85 points and restricted the host Eau Claire Beavers to 76 in the Bison league victory on Friday.

The Bison now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berrien Springs for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25. New Buffalo will battle a Shamrocks team coming off a 79-64 non-league loss to Dowagiac (Dowagiac, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 5-3.

Next up, the Beavers play the Howardsville Christian Eagles (Marcellus, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White bout, on Monday, January 24. Eau Claire will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 56-44 league win over Covert (Covert, MI).
