Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Peters Township fells Altoona
December 10, 2022: McMurray, PA 15317 Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA), 71-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Peters Township upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA) to clash with the Big Macs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Big Macs go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Canon-McMillan lost 57-41 in their recent non-league bout against South Fayette (McDonald, PA)
Next up, the Mountain Lions clash with the State College Little Lions (State College, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Altoona will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Little Lions go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 75-47 non-league win over Erie (Erie, PA).
