California High School Basketball - La Serna holds off Canyon
December 10, 2022: Anaheim, CA 92807 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) and the host Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA), saw La Serna's basketball squad hold off Canyon by a tally of 55-50.
With the victory, La Serna improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Lancers host La Habra (La Habra, CA) to confront the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. La Habra won 60-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodbridge (Irvine, CA)
Next up, the Comanches confront the Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Canyon will attempt to improve on its 10-1 season record. The Centurions come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 58-57 non-league loss to Lakewood (Lakewood, CA).
