Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Darby Tigers (Darby, MT) and the host Salmon Savages (Salmon, ID), saw Darby's basketball squad hold off Salmon by a count of 55-49.

With the victory, Darby upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Victor (Victor, MT) to play the Pirates in a C District 13 challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
