California High School Basketball - Edison over Hoover

December 10, 2022: Fresno, CA 93710

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA) and the host Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), saw Edison's basketball squad overcome Hoover by a tally of 71-63.

With the victory, Edison improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA) to confront the Rough Riders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Rough Riders come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Roosevelt lost 78-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Kimball (Tracy, CA)

Next up, the Patriots confront the Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 65-55 non-league win over Santa Ynez (Santa Ynez, CA).
