Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Erie ripped by State College

December 10, 2022: State College, PA 16801

The State College Little Lions basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Erie Royals to 47 in the Little Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Little Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Altoona for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest on Tuesday, December 13. State College will battle a Mountain Lions team coming off a 71-58 non-league loss to Peters Township (McMurray, PA). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 1-3.

The Royals (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Taylor Allderdice (Pittsburgh, PA). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Taylor Allderdice triumphed over West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA), 72-43, in a non-league contest.
