December 10, 2022: Louisville, KY 40219 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Evangel Christian Eagles (Louisville, KY) and the visiting Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY), saw Evangel Christian's basketball squad overcome Lincoln County by a tally of 64-52.
With the victory, Evangel Christian improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Moore (Louisville, KY) to confront the Mustangs in a District 23 challenge on Monday, December 12. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Moore lost 77-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY)
Next up, the Patriots confront the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Lincoln County will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 89-50 non-league win over Bourbon County (Paris, KY).
