Texas High School Basketball - Somerville crushes North Zulch
December 10, 2022: Somerville, TX 77879 Somerville Yeguas (Somerville, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX), 61-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Somerville upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Yeguas travel to Holland (Holland, TX) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Holland won 59-41 in their recent non-league bout against Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Centerville Bulldogs (Groveton, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. North Zulch will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 43-32 non-league loss to Latexo (Latexo, TX).
