December 10, 2022: Tunnel Hill, GA 30755 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) basketball squad edged the host Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA), by a margin of 62-55.
The Dragons (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Tigers go into the AAA Region 7 outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Dawson County was tipped by Gilmer (Ellijay, GA), 68-54, in a league outing.
The Bruins now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Coahulla Creek for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 17.
