Indiana High School Basketball - Pike Central holds off Southridge

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN) and the visiting Southridge Raiders (Huntingburg, IN), saw Pike Central's basketball squad hold off Southridge by a tally of 56-50.

With the victory, Pike Central improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Boonville (Boonville, IN) to confront the Pioneers in a Pocket challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Boonville won 76-67 in their recent league challenge against Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Corydon Central Panthers (Corydon, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 21. Southridge will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
