Kentucky High School Basketball - Warren Central nips Western
December 10, 2022: Louisville, KY 40216 Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Western Warriors (Louisville, KY), 64-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Warren Central upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Dragons host Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Franklin-Simpson won 76-49 in their recent non-league bout against Allen County-Scottsville (Scottsville, KY)
Next up, the Warriors play the Doss Dragons (Louisville, KY) in a District 22 bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 63-62 non-league loss to Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY).
