Kentucky High School Basketball - Warren Central overwhelms Fern Creek
December 28, 2022: Louisville, KY 40291 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) and the host Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY), saw Warren Central's basketball squad wallop Fern Creek by a tally of 87-53.
With the victory, Warren Central improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to confront the Colts in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 3-5. West Jessamine won 58-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodford County (Versailles, KY)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY) in a District 24 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Fern Creek will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 62-58 non-league loss to Western Hills (Frankfort, KY).
