Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Wellspring HomeSchool Guardians (Richmond, KY), 71-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bluegrass United upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Bluehawks travel to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Montgomery County won 53-33 in their recent non-league bout against Wellspring HomeSchool (Richmond, KY)

Next up, the Guardians play the JV Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Wellspring HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The come into the bout with a 37-128 record after their 65-15 non-league loss to KIPP Bold City (Jacksonville, FL).
