Arizona High School Basketball - South Mountain trounced by Combs

December 10, 2024: San Tan Valley, AZ 85140

Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ), 69-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Combs advances its record to 5-3 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ) to meet the Dons in a non-league match on Thursday, December 12. The Dons enter the match with a record of 3-5. Coronado lost 62-53 in their recent non-league match against Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ)

The Jaguars now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glendale for a non-league match on Friday, December 13. South Mountain will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 63-45 non-league win over Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-1.
