Tennessee High School Basketball - Lawrence County toppled by Loretto
December 10, 2024: Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN), 52-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Loretto advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Stone Memorial (Crossville, TN) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-1. Stone Memorial won 82-57 in their recent non-league match against Pickett County (Byrdstown, TN)
The Wildcats now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Muscle Shoals for a non-league match on Thursday, December 12. Lawrence County will face a Trojans squad coming off a 64-54 non-league win over Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 2-3.
