In Tuesday's non-league test, the Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ) basketball squad trounced the host Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), by a score of 69-44.

Next, the Monsoon clash with the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 12. Valley Vista will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 65-34 non-league loss to Chandler (Chandler, AZ).
