December 10, 2024: Conway, AR 72034 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) and the visiting Marion Patriots (Marion, AR), observed Conway's basketball team knock off Marion by a score of 62-50.
The Wampus Cats (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Forrest City (Forrest City, AR). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Forrest City was knocked off by Earle (Earle, AR), 65-64, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Bartlett Panthers (Bartlett, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Marion will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 59-57 non-league win over Clarksville Christian (Clarksville, TN).
