December 10, 2024: Guthrie, TX 79236 The Guthrie Jaguars (Guthrie, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Crowell Wildcats (Crowell, TX), 56-37 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Jaguars now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wellman-Union for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 12. Guthrie will play a Wildcats team coming off a 36-15 non-league win over Southland (Southland, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Crowell falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Northside (Vernon, TX) to play the Indians in a 1A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, December 13. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Northside lost 43-26 in their recent non-league bout against Forestburg (Forestburg, TX)
