Minnesota High School Basketball - Maranatha Christian Academy crushes New Life Academy
December 10, 2024: Woodbury, MN 55129 The Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) basketball crushed the host New Life Academy Eagles (Woodbury, MN), 81-49 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Dassel-Cokato for a AA Section 5 bout on Saturday, December 14. Maranatha Christian Academy will play a Chargers team coming off a 70-68 non-league loss to Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN). The Chargers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, New Life Academy falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 12. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 2-4. St. Croix Lutheran won 75-29 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity at River Ridge/Unity (Eagan, MN)
