In Wednesday's league bout, the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT) basketball team were winner over the host Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT), by a tally of 73-65.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Copper Hills for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 11. Crimson Cliffs will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 70-57 non-league win over West Jordan (West Jordan, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Cedar falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Reds host Desert Hills (St. George, UT) to play the Thunder in a 4A Region 9 bout on Friday, December 12. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Desert Hills lost 77-61 in their recent league bout against Hurricane (Hurricane, UT)
