North Carolina High School Basketball - Sallie B. Howard overwhelms Henderson Collegiate

The Sallie B. Howard Eagles basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Henderson Collegiate Pride to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wilson Christian Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Sallie B. Howard will confront a Chargers team coming off a 60-44 league win over Southside Christian (Clayton, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 4-5.

The Pride (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC). The Bobcats enter the Triangle North 1A/2A outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Eno River Academy was overwhelmed by Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC), 48-33, in a non-league outing.
