Idaho High School Basketball - Cascade held off by Garden Valley

In Wednesday's league test, the Garden Valley Wolverines (Garden Valley, ID) basketball squad got by the visiting Cascade Ramblers (Cascade, ID), by a score of 50-43.

Next, the Wolverines encounter the Horseshoe Bend Mustangs (Horseshoe Bend, ID) in a 1A Long Pin test, on Tuesday, December 16. Garden Valley will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 41-37 league loss to Tri-Valley (Cambridge, ID).

The Ramblers now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hagerman for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. Cascade will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 38-33 league win over Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 3-4.
