With the victory, Granby upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Comets travel to Maury (Norfolk, VA) to confront the Commodores in a contest on Friday, December 12. The Commodores go into the contest with a record of 1-1. Maury lost 67-53 in their recent league contest against Churchland (Portsmouth, VA)
In their next game, the Pilots confront the Manor Mustangs (Portsmouth, VA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12. Norview will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the outing with a 0-2 record after their 63-60 non-league loss to Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA).
